Prenatal Yoga

I help women navigate pregnancy through yoga, meditation, health coaching, workshops, and more!

Pregnancy is tough for many women, it certainly was for me!  But there are many things you can do to look and feel your best throughout pregnancy as well as to achieve an easier and more fulfilling birth experience.

 

Prenatal Yoga:  I am a YYT RPYT certified yoga teacher offering private sessions both in person and via Zoom.  Each body, pregnancy, and trimester creates it's own challenges and I will guide you through a practice designed specifically for you.

Mindset: Pregnancy brings a lot of emotions along with it and so does the thought of labor.  Meditation and birth art sessions help work through some of those feelings bring peace, confidence, and clarity to your pregnancy and birth experience.

Integrative Nutrition Coaching:  As a certified coach from The Institute of Integrative Nutrition I do not believe there is a "one size fits all" approach to nutrition.  Sure, there are things we can all be doing like drinking more water and reducing or eliminating processed foods.  What works for one Mom, however, does not necessarily work for the next.  I will help you not only with food but with career, relationships, physical practice, and spiritual practice to help you find a realistic sustainable plan that works best for you.

Workshops:  Private or Group sessions available.  Each workshop will be tailored to meet your specific interests.  Potential topics are nutrition for pregnancy, tips for labor preparation, mindset around pregnancy or labor, birth plans, birth art, and more!

Pregnancy can be overwhelming and frustrating but it doesn't have to be.  Let me support and guide you on your journey so you can look and feel your best.
